Step 1: On the left-hand sidebar of your Shopify account, click on Products to access your product list.
Step 2: At the top of the Products page, click on the Export button.
Step 3: A dialog box will appear with options for what you want to export:
All products: Exports all products in your store.
Current page of products: Exports only the products displayed on the current page.
Selected products: Exports products that you have selected by checking the boxes next to them.
Step 4: Choose the file format for the export. Shopify offers the following options:
Step 5: Click on the Export products button to start the export process.
Note: Depending on the size of your product catalog, Shopify will either provide a link to download the CSV file directly or send it to your registered email address. Check your email and download the file from there if necessary.
